Each Townhome is three levels there are 3 bedroom 4 bedroom and 5 bedroom units available the cost per student is $350.00 unfurnished or $425.00 per student fully furnished including a bed, dresser,desk, desk chair, desk lamp, coffee table, end tables, kitchen table with chairs, a tv stand, and a 42 in. flat screened television. Depending on the size of the townhouse if you get it furnished a three bedroom includes two occansional lether chairs and one long lether couch. If you rent a 4-5 bedroom townhouse you get two long lether couches and one occasional lether chair. Lafayette square also has a contract for private security. Lafayette Townhomesis an all student community. Each unit also comes with a stve, refridgerator,dishwasher and washer/dryer.
