Still available for Fall 2011, ten (10) month leases for new and completely remodeled 2-8 bedroom houses and apartments. Units are fully-furnished with all new appliances (incl. dishwasher, washer and dryer), new dining room table and chairs, new family room furniture (leather sofas and chair, TV, rug, tables and lamps), new bedroom furniture (bed/mattress, night stand, dresser, desk and chair), and patio with barbeque grille. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Other amenities are fire/burglary system, fire sprinkler system in every room, custom-made cabinetry and furniture, granite counter tops, wireless internet service and spacious rear yards.
