3 bedroom, completely renovated, fully furnished house, 3 blocks from Eddy St commons in 5 corners area, across from Coquillard park. Off-Street parking, sleeps 4 students-3 full beds, one twin. Amenities include: Washer/dryer, linens, bedding, fully stocked kitchen, dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils,
central air, 2 U-verse TV's w/ DVR,
one w/ built-in DVD player. Large backyard, and deck perfect for tailgating, includes canopy, gas grill, patio furniture, and ND toss football game. Owners are ND and SMC alum. Members of St. Joe County Chamber of Commerce.
